Half Lamb (cut & wrap)

Our half lambs weigh 25 – 30 lb, so please order at least 25 lb in the “quantity” box for a half lamb.
This is a half lamb, cut the way you want it: chops, racks, roast, ground, and stew.
We slaughter lamb on Tuesdays and deliver it on Wednesdays, so please order ahead of time. (before Mondays)
Just write in the notes how you would like it cut, and we will cut and deliver it right to your door.
